About the Foundation

The best way to get involved with the Radiance Technologies Independence Bowl is to become a member of the Independence Bowl Foundation! The Independence Bowl Foundation members are the backbone of the 11th most historic bowl game in college football, and these members help make the bowl the premier nationally televised sporting event in Northwest Louisiana! 

The Independence Bowl Foundation consists of various volunteer committees that carry out all functions of the Foundation and help host the annual Radiance Technologies Independence Bowl, drawing upon its more than 300 members. Each year, a newly appointed Bowl Chair, along with the Executive Director and her staff, oversees the various committees, working closely with each committee chairperson to see that this bowl of over four decades is a success.
